What to Expect
The Skin Rejuvenation Process
1
Step 1
It starts by having a personal consultation with our master aesthetician, Tracie. They’ll discuss your concerns, your goals for treatment, and your medical history. Your provider will also explain possible treatments, and if they determine that laser skin resurfacing is the best course of action for your skin type and your goals, Blossom Medical will create a custom treatment plan centered around you.
2
Step 2
Depending on the modality you choose, the treatment session will take 45 minutes to 1 hour. First, we’ll remove any makeup and properly cleanse the skin in your treatment area. Then your Blossom Medical provider will apply your custom settings to the Clarity system. This revolutionary, versatile high-powered 755/1064nm dual wavelength laser platform directs energy in the treatment area to address pigmentation issues, take care of spider veins, remove unwanted hair, and more depending on your treatment plan and aesthetic goals.
3
Step 3
Once your laser resurfacing in Winchester is finished, you may experience mild swelling in the treatment area, along with bruising and/or redness. All of these should disappear quickly, leaving you with glowing skin. You can see noticeable improvements is as little as 1 session. Because Clarity Laser treatment is non-invasive, you shouldn’t no need for downtime or recovery time after your session, and you can get on with your day.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How will I know which laser to use?
-
During your consultation with your Blossom Medical provider, you’ll discuss your skin concerns and realistic goals. The issues being treated, along with the nature of your skin, will decide which wavelength is most suitable for each goal.
- How does laser resurfacing in Winchester work?
-
Laser skin resurfacing uses a laser beam to selectively target structures and apply heat energy. This energy damages those structures without harming surrounding tissue. This can be use to correct specific issues such as spider veins, uneven pigmentation, rosacea, broken capillaries, unwanted hair, and more. These micro-damages also promote new collagen and elastin production for improved skin strength and texture.
- Who should have laser skin resurfacing at Blossom Medical?
-
Anyone with skin tone issues, uneven skin texture, unwanted hair, rosacea, spider veins/broken capillaries, and collagen/elastin loss are great candidates. Be sure to talk with your provider about your issues and goals for the best possible treatment. People who tan heavily or spray-tan may not make good candidates.
